I’d like to take a minute of your time to put credit where credit is due. Recently I was looking to purchase a new home.  Being new to ins and outs of real estate market I jumped in with both feet.  Having no prior experience with searching for a home it soon became apparent that I needed someone with that experience.  The first REALTOR® to come to mind was of course CENTURY 21 Adirondacks.  The first day I walked into their office I was treated with respect and was given a lesson in the real estate market.  CENTURY 21 Adirondacks flat out has the experience, knowledge and professionalism to meet any homeowner’s requirements.  Clearly in resources alone the Ticonderoga branch of CENTURY 21 Adirondacks has what it takes to help anyone in our region find that first or second home.  I’d like to mention someone that throughout the whole process kept my spirits up and informed me constantly of new homes on the market and was a needed friend when I needed one.  Her name is Jancy Frost.  Jancy is one motivated person.  I consider myself very lucky indeed to have this professional looking after my interest.  I cannot thank her enough for her help.  The amazing thing is that she belongs to a team of people that are just as capable, they’re there to help and that’s just what they do!
