The ferry and boat launch to Lake Champlain are also just a short drive (5 minutes away) from this property.

This newly renovated and remodeled home offers an inviting entry room leading into the main house which includes a smaller bedroom with twin day bed  (you could combine the 2 twin mattresses to make a king size bed in this room. There is also the master bedroom with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has cable TV, VCR, and a DVD just in case you’re not on the lake enjoying being on the water. The well-equipped kitchen has all the dishes, utensils, stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The wonderful outside deck off of the living room sliding doors overlooks the water and offers comfortable seating and a gas BBQ grill for those summer feasts. The dock space will be able to accommodate an 18'-20' boat and is alongside the left of the boathouse (under construction).
